Remote maintenance

In addition to phone support, we also offer a remote maintenance service.

For remote maintenance, one of our JustLaser experts will connect with your computer to resolve the problem or to answer any problems you may have on your screen. To do this, we use AnyDesk software.

 

How does remote maintenance work?

 

Step 1: Download the AnyDesk software on to your computer. After you have downloaded the .EXE file, click on the AnyDesk symbol in your taskbar.

 

Step 2: Select “Remote maintenance” from the Settings menu in the JustLaser Cockpit. Then start the AnyDesk software and your system is ready for remote maintenance by a JustLaser specialist.

Laser safety training

Work with your laser equipment safely and efficiently

We offer our customers the option of having special laser safety training for their entire team. The JustLaser expert Dr Gernot Schrems, who has many years of experience, will come to your premises to do this and will provide training using your own laser system.
